    well...im actually a newbie at all this and all i have been hearing so far is that you cant grow from the work outs i do...all i have been hearing is if i want to grow theni need to use heavier weights and if i want definitions i use lighter weights...so you mean i can still get big from these...

    im actually gonna be here for 2 months and thats the work out i can do...ill try to find something to hang on to do chins but all im really trying to do now is just tone instead of build since i cant do nothing to build them for now...thanks for the help.

    I weigh 165 and I am 6 feet tall and in philippines for vacation and I cant do much work out here with only a pair of 30 lbs db and just wondering if im getting enough work out…note that the db I use is only 30 lbs… Mon/thurs…chest/tris: Incline push ups…4 sets of 15-20 reps Regular push up…4...

    hello every1 im new at this site and im 6 feet tall weighing at 165 lbs and im on vacation right now in the philippines for about a month and i wonder what kind of work out i can do at home...the reason is because there is no gym near my relatives place and all my uncle has is a pair of dumbells...
