    do u eat a.n.p.b. before bed? if u do and it has salt in it, then this could explain a dry mouth feeling. not sure if it would make you feel dehydrated though.

    cottage cheese pudding

    mix: 1 cup cottage cheese 1 scoop vanilla whey then add skim milk until you find a good consistency this is what i came up with after much experimentation to make cc more palatable...tastes like rice pudding..sort of :)

    Im currently 6'2", 160lbs, 9% bf and 18 years old. I lift on Mon, Wed and Fri, aswell as doing cardio on tue and thur. I had a fitness assessment at the gym and they recommended a daily calorie intake of around 2500 calories. I know this isnt a lot but I am currently out of shape proportionally...

    Grams of Protein per meal

    I've read on other boards that it something like 30g per meal. I doubt this can be generalised to all people, especially bodybuilders whose bodies need it more.

    quark the same as cottage cheese?

    I found this stuff when getting groceries yesterday. It was right next to the cottage cheese, its really low fat, and has more protein per 100g. I bought it and had some before bed last nite, tastes just cottage cheese(like shit lol) but has a texture more like philidelphia. Has anyone else...

    how to avoiud overtraining when returning to bodybuilding?

    I first started lifting january2003, and quit some time around august that year becuase my gains slowed to a stand still and was just gaining fat. Since then I've done some swimming, running and cycling but never really pushed myself too much with them.

    flax seed question

    I know that mixing carbs and fats is a big no-no, but would it matter if i added a teaspoon of flax seeds in with my oats in the morning and with my rice that i have with my chicken for dinner? Also, if i have two teaspoons of flaxseeds per day, will i still need to use flaxseed oil as well?

    I remember around about a year ago there was talk about triple h releasing a training manual with his advice on bodybuilding aswell as stories from himself. I live in the UK so it might not have come out over here yet. Anyone got any information on this one?
