I love jogging. I usually run 4 to 5 miles, 4 to 5 days a week. (use to) About 2 months ago I got pretty heavy into bodybuilding and want to get built ( some nice size ). I was told by a bodybuilder that if I wanted to bulk up to stop running because I will loose all the muscle that I worked so...
How should I word this? For an example, on Mondays I do chest and tricepts. Should i do all my tricept sets and then do all my chest sets? or can i do 1 full tricept set, then 1 full chest set, then back to 1 tricept set? I hope I worded this ok. Thanks for any help.

I've tried other power protein pancakes and wasn't to inpressed. Eather they where to dry, or just had no flavor. I myself love to cook and came up with a high protein pancake that I can eat every day. Try it, there the bomb. Enjoy.
