I thought the subject was displayed at the top of the email when you print it out? I guess it depends on the email app...I know outlook does it by default.
Typical of all microsoft products. Windows has sucked since day 1...the whole concept is flawed. It's just to bad a different company didnt have a product that could compete in business at the time, which essentially gave them a monopoly. As a result, people buy their shitty gaming systems...
So you are really only doing 10 - 15 sets for either bis or tris...but 30 sets in 45 min is moving pretty good. But it's done with a little more intensity and speed than normal I gather.
Do you work arms on their own day? If I try to do back/bis then by the time dead lifts, bb rows, db rows...
Sounds good. I've been hitting it extremely hard since new years (not a new years resolutioner...just the way it worked out) and still going strong. We will see how this week goes....and maybe start the deload next week.
If you are all natural should the deloading schedule change at all? Like every 6 weeks...or 3 weeks...or what? And should deloading correspond with a change in diet at all?
