is there a good way to isolate the two heads, the inside one mostly, you see my upper legs won't stop growing but the knee region is not what it should be. i've tried different foot rotation but it didn't seem to work

happened to me once (in delt) it looked like puss but i am pretty sure it wans't infected or maybe it was, anyways, i just trew it in the garbage and shot a new one elsewere, never had any pain or problem whatsoever! but i gotta admit it freaked me out for a while!

well like i always say most of the gear in montreal is bunk, i bought a bottle of finabolan, cyctaho,pink thai and so on... shit i also had at one point some bulgarian winny i dont know if they were real but everybody using it felt really sick and they couldnt get use to it even after 2 or 3...

dont know about yours but i've used the cyctaho 222540 and they were shity, weird thing is 2 out of five caused the normal pain associated with sust.
