    Its pretty good I reckon, at the moment you get alot of trouble when everyone pours out of bars and clubs at the same time. Every time I go out I nearly get into a fight, most of the time im not the provoker, just alot of pissed up rowdy english yobs.

    How bad is it for training? I like to drink ALOT on the weekends, normally on the Friday and Saturday I will be very drunk. Cant help it, I just love a drink (And some more) How is this effecting my gains? Would cutting it down to just getting lashed once a week be acceptable

    Where can I find a HIIT cardio work out plan? I figure im going to just bulk up for the next few months eating lots of protein and drinking my promax. Then try and cut up for summer where I will try to get my body fat ratio down.
