I think I eat correctly and I have 2 years lifting now, a lot of dicipline.
Heres what I eat more or less
8 am otmeal with skim milki (2 glasses of milk)
8 egg whties
11am 2 tuna cans some bread
2 pm 2 chicken breasts corn
5 pm 2 tuna cans
8 pm protein shake
11 pm 200 grams of turkey...
