    porque llegue a un tope Me siento asi porque llegue a un tope y leyendo los posts en la seccion de entrenamientos me dicen que para ganar masa no hay que entrenar mas de 3 o 4 veces a la semana y les dije como entrenaba yo y me dijeron que estaba sobre entrenando que estaba haciendo demasiados...
