I imagine everyone has seen this guy in the guy before.. this guy comes in does 30 mins of cardio then sets up about 6-10 stations varying from incline bench, TRX bands, squat racks(2), two universal machines... etc the literally takes the whole gym up. Then leaves all his shit out and leaves..
Loose some pounds man. Your putting yourself in serious risk not cutting that weight first. Doubt you will get any help with some real stats... bf% years training etc etc..

Test eq and a bombs to start. You will get massive if you wanted to throw deca in there I would, but I love deca. Short cycling is lame. Waste of time.

Rigs in Canada are the same. Bunch of rejects and crack heads. Going into the patch is the worst idea ever. I was on the rigs at age 17. Good luck man have fun.

Anyone have issues sleeping and staying asleep while on gear? I'm currently taking t400 and var no problems getting to sleep but staying asleep... that's a bitch
