i've been hearing a lot lately that higher reps for thighs is the way to go. like 15+ reps but i've always thought the rule was 8-10 for mass building. ok guys please put in ur 2 cents. thanks tank
i've been getting a lot of different answers to this question lately, and i would like to know what you guys think. i hear doin 15+ reps is the way to go but for some reason that doesnt seem right to me. So if you could help that would be great.
