    Not to be a dick or anything, but I think Kubik is quite strong dude. Bench pressing over 400 pounds with a 2.5" or 3" diameter bar is pretty good IMO. I liked the book alot, it pushes hard training and is very motivational. On the other hand, I didn't like the ideas of odd object lifting and such.
