On my Back/Bi I'm keeping it simple with Chins, BB Row and Deads but would like a lighter cable exercise at the end. Which would be better Cable Row or Lat Pulldown; just say 2 x10-12?
Also on Delt day I was thinking of doing BB Press x10 x8 x6 x3 to help...
