everyone i know that went to spain said they absolutly loved it. It is very very very easy to get gear in mexico. Primo as well. I have no idea about getting gear in spain but as a country spain is better
no prob.. straight bar curls, preacher curls, seated incline db curls, alternating standing db curls.........usually always do straight bar curls and preacher curls but usually vary on the other ones....and i do bis with tris on tues and a very light bi workout make like 4-6 sets on sat after...
i vary with my bis the moves i do but usually do about 12-15 total sets....is this to much...i mean they are growing but they just seem to be behind the rest of my body. i have put on about 1.5 inches in this last year to my arms. do any of you work them twice a week...and yes i train them...
1) you can gain just as much with a lower dose
2) you dont know how your body is going to react to AAS
3) next time u do a cylce you are more likely going to use even more
4) its your first cycle therefore you don't need to go overboard.

I've been sweating more on sust. Other than that haven't notcied any sides. Waterbottles are key if you are trying to drink over a gallon a day. I take a liter bottle with me whereever i go.
yeah but if you hand over the piss and it is cold then its no good. make sure the piss is warm enough. the reason it would be cold is if you kept it in the fridge or somethin but if your buddy is able to piss for you right before you go then you should be fine
