l-carnitine is ok but u need alot of it!!!! but still the best.... how low u wanna go with carbs??? when u going low on carbs u lose muscle,its bether to drop no more than 200-300 c ed and do HIIT.thats what i did anyways....

i think test is not essential cause primo has been a base for many,many years......but.... yeah your girlfriend gonna hate u without test....:biggrin:
