Omna and Sus are the same animal each having 4 esters in there with 4 different effective periods. The most effective way to run Omna/Sus is injecting once a week if you only take 250mg. If it's 500mg a week split the injections up.

Let's hear some opinions on rather it is better to start with a high dosage and go down or start with a low dosage and go up. I am not talking about pyramiding. Just starting low and going up then kick starting natural Test production with other goodies.

I never mix oil and water based goodies in the same pin. Does it really make a difference? I don't really know, but I do know I play it as safe as I reasonably can.

Alway run the Deca a week or two longer than the Sus. I like ending a cycle with an anabolic like Deca or Primo, as opposed to something more androgenic like Test.
