just wondering your thoughts on pre-workout nutrition... i found a great article on pre-workout nuttition and my pc died right in the middle of reading it... the article was saying the preworkout nutrition might be more important than post... Components where the same (carbs and protein) but...
my office just bought me a pda... Do any of you keep track of your reps and sets on a pda.. If so, what software do you use.. I have been doing it the old fashion way (pen and notebook) but would like to try something new..
