I just tested my muscles for twitch fiber makeup. You do this by determining your max on a given exercise then resting for 10 minutes. You then come back and put 80% of your max on the bar and lift it for reps...
Thanks for replying....... I should have gave more details. My maintance calories is about 2500 and I restrcting them by 600cal down to 1900. Since I'm a beginner (1 week lifting) can I still put on muscle while resrticting calories.
