Yes, the one on the right is the before :) Basically it was all diet and exercise - lots of cardio and lots of chicken and salads. Still would like to drop another 10 and maybe think about fitness or figure comp.
This is one of my first posts. I'm 5'4 about 155 in the before picture, 125 in the recent one.
