Been woking out 4 times a week Im 57 yers old . Ive lost 31 lbs the last 3 mounths and gained muscle . I cant do what I use to do when I was 20 but trying real hard to keep going
Im 57 years old and decided to change my life 3 months ago tired of being out of shape and fat cant do what I use to do when I was 20 but trying real hard I have lost 31 lbs in 3 months and been workng out 4 days a week
