General Physical Fitness more than "just" body building
I do a lot of climbing so add in some gymnastics and compound lifts into my workouts.
I'm about the same size as you (180 lbs; 31 y/o though) and just hit 140 kilos last week. No straps, no belt. prettey stoked.
People think I'm crazy for liking deadlifts. They're bad for your back ya know. ;)
