I'd like to get more info this, as I've just recently started to use more "agressive" stretches myself, before and after training . Any useful links??

Very interesting article!! I'm a former olympic weightlifter (who is coming back out of retirement at the age of 27!!) and can testify that explosive movements have been ignored by mainstream gyms for too long!!! Unfortunately, the biomechanincs of shifting heavy weights with minimal effort does...
