    I am going through the same thing. I think most of the country has been sick in the last month. My estimate is time off == time on. If you were sick for about 1.5 weeks you should be back to normal in about 2 weeks. Just stay properly hydrated and get plenty of food.

    If you are talking about that mexican reforvit-B stuff, dont shoot it. Just drink it. I did 50mg a day with pretty good results. I would strongly advise that you do not shoot it.

    I think the cycle would be a great one, however - I would definately keep an eye on your body. 10 wks of a 17AA steroid is not the healthiest choice. I have seen people do it, just get tested~! dm
