    yep 1.5 years at my current gym about 15% of the trainees look exactly the same for the young ones it's ignorance and for those 30 something I think they are just happy with feeling healthy

    could you describe the correct way to execute this lift? I have read over 100 different descriptions and tried many of them I can't find a way to do it that dosen't hurt my suprispinatus. The only thing I could do to prevent the damage is to stop where my upper arm is parallel to the floor...

    I weight myself every few days and my mom weighs herself every day and constantly cross references with doctors scales so I know my scale is good. I allways weigh myself right in the morning too. The estimate of 22% is just based on the fact that I have lost a ton of bf since I started...

    I'm not sure what your askin dude but I can tell you 2 things... Fat is what your body uses to make Test, GH, etc also the amount of free test versus total test has to do with your water intake and fiber intake make a serious effort to get healthy forms of those 3 into you and your laughing...

    I'm 5'10" as for a goal weight I really don't know. I think I would be shredded at 200lbs (10% is shredded 4 me) Currently my goal is to look like I work out. I don't know where I am putting all this weight.

    I've tried sitting on an angle using one arm in a conventional shouder press style. It was to avoid an injured suprispinatus. I found it hard to not use my triceps.

    you dont have to stop training just stop all exercises that are known for bothering the RC like barbell bench, upright rows, and behind the neck press

    My pet peeve in gyms..2 plate squatters

    I'm one of three people I have seen squat 2 plates or more to parallel at my gym (been there just over a year). I see lots of people loading up 2 plates to do 8" squats or 2" shrugs though.
