People dont seem to understand what causes growth. The stimulus repsonsible for increasing size and strenght is the last rep of a set carried to failure. If you can do 9 reps you must agree the next you need to do 10 right. You wont grow by doing 1,2,3 or 8 or even reps. if you do 9 reps again...
