Just started lifting weights for the first time in my life. 34 yrs 150 lbs. Want to build serious bulk over the next 1 yr. Goal is to reach 200 lbs.
Current split as follows:
Tuesday
Back Lat pull down -Front 2X6 150 lbs
Bent over Rows 2X6 45 lbs...
I am a 34 year/181 cms/165 lbs Indian male, starting out on bodybuilding (Just started last month).
I work out thrice a week. Giving below my routine:
Lat Pull down - 3X12 reps - 150 lbs
Bench Press - 3X12 reps - 80 lbs
Military Press -3X12 reps - 40 lbs
Barbell Curl - 3X12 reps - 40 lbs...
