    Wow, you're so wrong, although the rocks and sand thing was right. 1 tsp of a pure powder(creatine Glutamine ALA) is 4500-5000 mg's.

    I think it's a matter of opinion, but, I like to take a week off every 8-12 weeks or so. I'm always really excited to hit the gym again after a week off, and come back a little stronger.

    Along w/ the Vit C/Green Tea/Zinc suggestions, go to a health food store and get some Liquid Colloidal Silver. I run a health food store and have seen countless people cure virus'/ colds, and even staph infections. Give it a try, it's like $10-15.

    1 tsp is app 4500-5000 mg's. So 300 mg's would be app 1/16th. Do they make a 1/16th of a tsp? I know I have a 1/8th.

    I don't know man. I saw at least one study that said Synthetic Vit. E was only 20 or so % as absorbable as Natural. Now, i'm not a stickler for studies exactly, but, I wonder if the few extra bucks isn't worth it to get the natural ones?

    Those side effects sound a bit much to me( I already get that w/ my tren). I'm telling you, try some L-phenylalanine for $5 and some HCA for $10, w/ no side effects, and your appetite will be gone. This is coming from a guy who could easily eat 10,000 calories a day if my diet would allow it...

    Mon: Chest Wed: Back/Bi's/Forearms Fri: Chest/Tri's/Shoulders Sat: Legs A little unorthodox, but, I like to give my chest priority since it lags some, and I like this split for now. I like to change my split every 3 months or so.

    L-Phenylalanine, other than ephedrine, this is the best supp for killing my appetite, and a protein shake w/ fiber will swell in your stomach and kill your appetite, too.

    I think it's sorry that people who obviously don't know him feel the need to talk shit. He admitted to using 800 mg's gear a week+ growth. Maybe Lee was right, maybe it makes some people feel better about why their physiques don't match up to his.
