    Anabolics and crossfit?

I'd look into GW which is a SARM. A lot of people combine multiple SARMS into a triple stack for great results (Mk, S-4, and GW). Look it up on the AAS forum and you'll find a ton of info. Plus, it's legal to buy.

    crossfit

In the Army (from my understanding and experience), in order to test for steroids your unit commander has to specifically request it. Otherwise they only test for the recreational stuff. This makes sense considering I've been testing while on and didn't have any problem (I was only taking an...

    crossfit

I used to be on an ODA team, and that's where I first got introduced to crossfit. We did it in the mornings instead of the standard Army PT. I'd recommend it for anyone going to selection. And as far as rucking goes, I did a 4, 8, and 12 mile ruck every week leading up to selection for about 3...

What is more important to you - being strong or looking strong?

I say go with what you have the most fun doing, because at that point it's all about enjoyment. If you have a sport you enjoy kicking ass in, well, then strength, but most of us just enjoy "looking" like we could kick ass in a sport. So it all comes down to what enriches your life the most.

    Squats in a Smith Machine

Better to do them in a smith machine than not at all. I'd try to do some of the variations people have mentioned as well.

When to add Deadlift and squat

There's been some great advise here on many diffrent sides. I'd recomend getting Mark Rippetoe's book "Starting Strength". It's an awesome info resource on squats and deadlifts with great advice on how and when to do them.

    Crossfit Training

Just got out of Army Special Forces and we used the WOD quite a bit. Of course we modified them to suit our goals, but it worked out well for us.

Training routine for my nephew QB in highschool

Sounds like he has a really solid training routine. The only thing I'd recomend (other than what you said about eating) is that perhaps he should think about taking a month where he does the same routine but dropps the number of reps in half to focus more on strength. I realize that as a...

    My problem with squats

The reason why you lean forward (in your case too much) is probably because of ankle inflexiblity (ie tight calves). When you descend down into your squat, your butt sticks out. To counterbalance that, your body shifts your weight forward (knees traveling forward). If you're ankles aren't...

    army basic preparation

I'll +2 the above post. I was a big bodybuilder with a lot of strength when I went in, and while my size and strength didn't really hurt me, it didn't really help me either because, well, all you really have to be able to do is the PT test. Keep in mind that most of the people who show up...

    Inner Chest

THe world just imploded! AHHHHHHHHH! Though I know you're joking, I think you're closer to the truth than you may think. I think people would be surprised how much benifit they could get if they did nothing but a deadlift and an overhead press. While the deadlift (IMO) hits up the back...

    Inner Chest

God, I don't even know why I'm still posting on this, but I can't help myself. First of all, there is no upper or lower chest. There is the Pectoralis Major and the Pectoralis Minor. The Pectoralis Minor you can't even really see, or work with any sort of bench movement. As a thrower, I like...

How much weight do you leg pump?

I once got into a fight with a guy and only survived because I was able to repeatedly leg pump him in the face.... Okay, not really. I just wanted to say "leg pump" :) I definatly lol'ed at that.

    Weight Lifting for Women

I don't see any reason why a woman would want to use any higher reps than a guy (unless you're talking about the guy in the original post, that I could see). Cutting is mostly about diet and cardio, but lean muscle mass is built the same way in both sexes (minus some obvious hormonal differences...
