I need to know if this is gonna be overtraining. I'm gonna start on monday with my cycle of Test and EQ, i'm just not sure if my workout will cause me to overtrain, NEED ADVICE

standing db calf raises 5x15
calf press on leg press machine 5x15
Day 2 Back/shoulders
DB military press 5x5
side laterals 3-5x8-10
smith machine deadlift (Can i even do...
