I have everything else in place and i'm set to go. just one last questions fellas: Should my sodium intake be high or low on a 8 week winny/anavar cycle?

--50mg/ed chinese winny (chewing half a tab in the morning and the rest in the evening)

I'm planning on adding a fina or anavar to my winny cycle. I want to harden up with little mass gains. I wanted to know the usual side affects, and the good/bads of fina. I really dont know much about it. thanks
BTW: if i do decide to go with anavar and winny, what do u think i can get for my joints? I get pain in my shoulders when i'm doing chest, usually when i do flat bench dumbells raises...or bumbells flyes. I stop doing it when it hurts..but i dont wanna stop doing the exercises all together...
