Dutasteride has the same effect (even more powerful) as finasteride, stopping 5-alpha reduction. This will prevent the nandrolone to be reduced to the less androgenic dihydronandrolone (DHN).

Some additional info. Testostérone THERAMEX production has been stopped on 30 April 2002. Currently available French test is ANDROTARDYL (SCHERING test enanthate - same as heptylate)
