Ive been low carbing on and off for about 3 years. I usually am in ketosis while dieting. Any way my lower back hurts lately and I dont know if its my back muscles or kidneys any suggestions or anyone with similar symptoms. Thanx

Dont remember were i got this info but I started taking magnesium and potassium and feel 1000 times better when on low carb also a multi vitamin.....something about electrolites. But it works also taking l-glutamine really helps with any cravings.
