I need some advice on calf raises.. should I..
A. go as low as I can while still on the balls of my feet or..
B. go lower than that by pivoting on the middle part of my foot (balls of feet raising off of machine as heels go all the way down)

When doing dips do you breath in while lowering yourself? Or, do you take a quick breath at the top of the movement (when elbows are locked out) and then hold your breath while lowering?
