is your shit 6ius per vial? if so, if you mix it with 1cc water, u get 6ius in 1cc... or if u did it with 1/2cc u get 6ius in 1/2cc... or half a 1ml syringe...
damn, for someone that doesnt know how to even mix it, thats alot of shit!!!! is suggest to start out with 2ius and work your way up from there... i doubt ud be able to handle 6ius off the bat
with cyp and eq u shouldnt be pinning enough to need to hit em. if it was prop/tren or another short ester it would be understandable. rotate delts/glutes/quads, thats plenty
if your diet is dialed in, you can reach any bf without cardio... personally, id lift and then do cardio after lifting. do whatever works for you, as youve already come a long way!
