    need running help

the three i listed are the actual run workouts for the week (mon, wed, fri). the other two days (tues, thurs) are just light low-impact cardio to keep you loose and help with active recovery (like swimming, walking, glider). hope this helps.

    need running help

Try using tempo runs (fast 1 min, slow 2 min), interval training (400m laps for time with a prescribed amount of rest or recovery in between), and long slow runs. Make it a Mon, Wed, Fri spit with light, low-impact cardio on Tues and Thurs. Rest Sat and Sun. Not too sure where you are at as...

maybe for other people they arent such a small muscle group. i know mine are anything but small and they didnt get that way by letting them get hit indirectly by other lifts. everyone is different..........

good suggestions above but make sure everything else grows as well - meaning make sure you have a good well rounded program - give it time they will grow.

My routine check it out and let me know what i can do!!!

IMO that is a shitload of volume and will just eventually lead to overtraining. i would stick with 2 basic compund lifts for each muscle group and 1 isolation exercies. hitting compound lifts first. if you go balls to the wall on these you should'nt have much left. plus you havent left many...
