pfizer does make a mixer and a pen. i bought a bunch of 5.3mg dual chamber cartriges of genotropin and i dont have a mixing device either. i used 1 of my needles to draw the liquid out and shot it into the powder side of the chamber. i messed up on my 1st cartridge and shot the liquid in too...
