has anyone tried the fat fast diet, like the one on t-mag? If so do you have to lower your calories as you lose weight or just keep it the same (half of your bmr)? .

how do you use mct oil in a keto diet? Do i have to take less protein, or fat ... when consuming it? My carbs are already low... 12 grams per day.

its just as good as the pills but in liquid form... i have some left over, just besure to measure out the correct dosage of the stuff. Don't just use the pump and shoot it down. It tastes like syrup too.

I have a question to ask, i'm starting a new job and the only time i can work out is first thing in the morning,6:00am - 7:00am. I was wondering if I should have a bite to eat or go to the gym first and then eat after my training. thanks..

:confused: i start my t3, clen and adipokinetix cycle on monday but just realized something.. If i took my t3 and clen first off and then switched later on to adipo, wouldn;t i suppress my thyroid more than i did already from the t3? Or should i take the adipo first for 4 weeks and then...

ya same here i did a check on the ingredients of both ketotifen and zantac all i can find was they are both antihistamines... i can't find any ketotifen right now, but i can sure buy a hell of alot of zantac... oh well thanks anyways i start my diet on monday clen, t3....later.

i read on a past post about taking clenbuterol and zantac and was wondering is this for real...? anyone?
