I've used an awful lot of fina and I think it's a myth. I found creatine to be harder on my kidneys than fina. Just drink tons of water and things should be fine. Hank

I usually like to combine all three, You could possibly do the first four weeks with the dbol and then the second four weeks of tren. I usually like all together though. I don't get acne from the tren but it sure makes my hair fall out like nothing else......sucks Hank

Cranberry juice is more for urinary track or kidney infections. Plain water is all you need. The more the better. One other thing. Fina isn't that hard on the Kidneys. I've found creatine to be harder in the kidneys that Tren. Hank
