thank you for your input! im actually not too keen on the types of workouts out there, or their names, so if what i do has a name, i apologize for not knowing it: basically just have a 4 day split routine, mon- chest/tri tues-off wed- back/biceps thur-shoulders + and single different tricep...

well, hopefully now he will actually think about doing something. I've tried talking to OMEGA about his seemingly none existent help with most customer questions, aside from some general answer that ends up leaving you still in need of help. Sure you may be busy, but your running a business here

Im a college student, currently have a full workload during summer session in order to graduate early, so at any rate, its like it would be during the normal school year. This is about the only foods i can get a hold on in a consistent basis. From how i see it, it doesnt seem to be a cutting...

whats the difference between the new formulas for each and the old ones?

only problem with those places is that the choices and selection seem a little overwhelming especially for beginners just looking for a protein to take after a workout/before, etc.
