Sorry if i offended anybody by saying 40 is old,didnt mean to.......i have to agree that theres a lot of 40's that look better than me,now i want to thank u guys for the replys and i'll keep in mind all the advices,the guy is in pretty good shape and dieting well so,his exercise routine is good...

I work with this guy and he wants to start taking some juice,now i dont know what the best option would be for him...hes 40 and 165 lbs(in good shape)any advices???hgh is out of option because of the price factor...thanks
