Thanks for the input, all these sound possible. I dunno about constipation though, my fiber intake is good I eat a fair amount of fruits n vegetables every day. I'm droppin number 2's once a day n it comes out pretty easily lol I guess I should see my doctor to narrow it down.

Ya I know u need to run these supplements for on cycle support during ur cycle, but what I was asking was does it take away from ur cycle's potential gains if u ingest the anavars at the same time as n2guard/Silymarin? I've read that a couple times. But Dylan was helpful wit that.

I take'em with me. I meant hard in the sence of taking around 20 different pills a day, trying to spread certain ones out, not taking certain ones with others, but taking them all after meals to help them pass through, but given a busy schedule sometimes meals don't come as often as other times...
