    i may have been mistaken when reading the post but by false grip i figured you meant not wrapping your thumbs around the bar, but keeping them on the same side as your other fingers

    i've tried it and it does feel more comfortable to me, but when i get up to heavy weight i get worried about dropping the shit. it doesn't seem to make that much of a difference though

    alright, i am 5'11" 210 lbs, i am about 12% body fat. i am pretty strong i bench 325 and squat 415. but i am not so worried about getting stronger any more. i figured 210 lbs for someone who is 5'11" is pretty big, but by looking at me with my shirt off i don't really look it. i want to know...

    technique question

    i was told that when doing flat bench press to only press 3/4 of the way instead of locking the arms all the way out to really isolate the pecs. have any of you all heard this, or is this just a load of crap?
