i always thought that a low carb diet worked by cutting carbs the body uses stored fat as energy and the protien you eat makes sure you dont burn muscle
i'm trying to lose body fat for a holiday. i've been doing an E/C for a few weeks and it's slowly coming off but i want to do a cycle of d-bol before i go would it be o.k. to still do the E/C aswell or is it useless. :confused:
