Caffeine is addictive, and when I stopped the first sign is headaches...hench the cure when you drink it.... I now use a juicer to replace the am Caffeine fix...try this 3 apples and 1/4 lemon wedge..taste like lemon aid and jacks you up without the caffeine and headach withdrawal.... works for...

ok here is the deal....I'm 200lbs right now and that has to be my max for ever because of a back injury... any ideas on how to drop to let say maybe the 180lbs area so than I can cycle up to a solid 200lbs??? Any thoughts I'm all ears... HIT ME :tuc:
