If you are not doing cardio, then start, if you are then increase it.
Learn more about nutrition. You will have more energy and get the results you are looking for with better nutrition and cardio.
The last two weeks of my test p tren a cycle I started hcg at 250 twice a week.
Then I increased it to 500 twice a week for two weeks after.
