    Lots of that shit relates back to approach. First, are you using the same needle tht you draw from (needle could be dull hitting amp or something causing the needle to tear its way through versus smooth insert? Second, When you pin allow the needle hole, eye whatever you call it to face you...

    This routine (10x3" is beneficial for some size but targets strength, I throw it in ever so often. As I said in another thread the power matrix 8, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1, 5 is kick ass.

    How many sets do you do on chest workouts?

    sets id the shit, put your muscles through hell and they get bigger to adapt. I never understood how someone could do more and get less. As long as you get recovery time and & appropriate amount of protein every should be fine.
