As a highly skilled player who is looking to reach the next level. Beginner advice is what I need No need to gain very much in size as that would hinder speed movement. Need strength to create more speed. Any advice would help, not sure which direction would be best.
Looking for the best supps to increase strength without gaining to much size. Speed is power in each of these sports. I play at a professional level amd can't mess with to many different things. Looking at Pro hormones , sarms. Strength and joint health are major.
