    Deadlifts...

    I'd have to recommend deadlift holds to you for that problem I also used to do hercules holds as well, they are both amazing for building up grip strength, and you can build it up quite fast. Dunno about chalk, never needed it.

    Squats and deadlifts tie at #1 for me, as I can't make a choice. #2 has to be negative pullups, as they put lat size on faster than anything I've ever tried. Coming in as my least favorite lift is bench, why cuz i'm 6'3" tall and gaining on bench sucks.
