I've gained 5 lbs. in the 1st 3 weeks of test/deca cycle and will start the 4th week Wednesday, is this good or bad? I'm taking 400 mg of each, once a week. I eat plenty of protein and carbs with low fat and work out hard 4 times a week.
I need help in getting my shoulders and biceps to have good seperation. They seem to run together. More front delt exercises? Bicep exercises? :confused:
