    Incline of Flat bench first.

    I have a suggestion that worked for me :) I normally do Flat Bench first then incline dumbells then incline bench press.. I do 205 on the flat, for my work sets, then go to 85/arm on my incline dumbells, then go for like 170 lbs for my incline press... BUT....then i tried.... incline...

    Yes, you're right :) I do want to get stronger while getting better for boxing. But I read that boxing makes you have speed, and weight training makes you slower. However I originally started lifting to get stronger, and to throw a stronger punch, but now i'm finding out that i'm better off...
