I take 2 caps, 3 times per day. Excellent for BP stabilization and overall health. I would take more but the brand I use (nordic naturals) is expensive but very high quality stuff.

you gotta mix it with another drink...it tastes like crap, you cant drink it straight unless you want to gag. I think a serving is like 10 grams...just throw a 10 gram scoop in with your normal shake, mix and enjoy. I usually throw 2 10gram scoops in with my evening shakes

ditto what Nelson Says...I personally like the tropical orange flavor and mix it with Sunny-d. Dont get ANY additives other than the flavor and sweetener (I use stevia) and your golden. i've ordered BB multiple times (usually 10-15lbs each order) and I've never been dissastisfied.
