    lift, I think somewhere around 205 would be pretty solid in the shirt. I weight 180 right now and its pretty damn loose... sucks..I got up to 195 for my last meet and still had just a bit of room...So if I get up to about 205 for the meet, I shouldn't have no problem at ALL to get 415 or more...
